In Case of Damage: In case of concealed damage (damage that becomes apparent only after opening the packaging, incase of unvailabitity during delivery), please contact our customer support team within 3-4 hrs hours of receiving your order, please take clear photographs of the damaged item, including the packaging.Our team will assess the damage and provide instructions on the next steps if applicable.

Inspection Up on Delivery: We strongly recommend that you inspect your order in the presence of the delivery personnel. It is essential to check the packaging and contents thoroughly before accepting the delivery. Please follow the steps outlined below.
a. Our delivery person would call you prior to delivery to check your availability for delivery.
b. Do not accept and return the package to the delivery personal immediately if the product packaging is visibly damaged from outside.
c. We recommend you open the package in front of the delivery personnel only and check the product thoroughly.
d. Kindly note that we are not responsible for any concealed damages if you do not check the product thoroughly before the delivery personal and our damage policy won’t imply in such cases.
