Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any dispute, controversy or claim directly or indirectly caused by, arising out of or relating to this Policy will be governed by the laws of India and will be referred to confidential, mandatory and binding courts exclusively in Hyderabad, India. Subject to the above, you agree to submit yourself to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Hyderabad, India
